6 mi tempo @ 5:40-5:50 pace, with the first group, lead the group with Link for the first three miles and then stuck toward the back but didn't fall off, evenly paced throughout, decent communication, splits: 5:48, 5:48, 5:50, 5:48, 5:46, 5:48, HR 170.
