I did the same thing as last Tuesday with a couple little tweaks made to it. For one, I jogged on the rest and instead of walking 1 lap,I jogged two. The result was an increased distance and a shortened overall time. I ran 4X2 laps with 1 lap rests in between. With a mile warm up and a mile warm down Here is what it looked like.

2 hard and fast laps 1:33
2 laps jog
2 hard and fast laps 1:33
2 laps jog
2 hard and fast laps 1:34
2 laps jog
2 hard and fast laps 1:30
1 lap walked
1 mile warm down
34:37for the total workout. After the workout I did take a slow walk around to make it an even 4.0 miles
And one more important thing, I weighed in at 220lbs! That is 20lbs total from when I first started the program.
