Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ah death long run. Both our legs felt like shit, but mine were really slowing us down. I actually was sorta out of breath too for the first half of the run, even though we were basically crawling. Felt a lot better when we got water and we picked up the pace after that.
We got stopped by a lot of lights. Which was nice considering how dead my legs were.
4 striders- we were going to do 6 but again, my legs were dead
lifted, iced, and hip stuff after.
