Comments:
Ran with Joe and Jeff up to woodmere again. Felt ok, but kinda tough on the way back. They picked up the pace a little bit, and I could feel it. No training room before practice, an that made a difference. Hurdle walk through and hip strengthening when I got back. Ice stretch and roll were ok
