Comments:
About 5 miles for the warm-up. Pretty tough workout. Up goat hill twice. I feel like I have been able to push myself, lately, not because I am physically unable to do so; it's something mental. 200 fly splits for Monday are 32,32,32,31. Ran in different shoes today that didn't seem to aggravate the big blister under my toe, which was good, obviously.
