Down to Curley soccer field. 4X100 barefoot strides w/ jog back working down from 16 to 14. Same way back home. Felt okay. Legs a little tired on the way back, but made sure to keep the whole ran very easy, and breathing was controlled. First 5k of the season at Loch Haven tomorrow...
