Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Swam when veale opened. Got my own lane which was sweet. I felt like I swam well, and actually enjoyed it. Pushed it really hard in the last 10 min or so, but my HR at the end was only 142... There is always something left in the tank. After did hip strength, hurdles drills, stretch and abs. Only had the hand roller... Also some one stole my towel.
Overall I am feeling a lot better. I talked with Tim a lot yesterday and he helped put everything into perspective.
