Weather: amazing absolutely perfect

Comments:
run with tony. was hoping for like 50 minutes. Weather was like perfect :)

went out inner loop than to transfer, woods, water fountain, bike path to first bridge and back on the outerloop to poplar.

Tried to just keep it relaxed the whole time. started to get a lil tight at the turn around but did some light stretching and it went away.

when we got back from transfer we picked it up, I tied up right when I got to the track. Or like I just wasnt feeling it and didnt want to press so I chilled that last 100m.
