2 straight hours of badminton... first taught my littlest sister to play, then played mi padre (he won 22-20, 21-17), then played ball retriever for padre and Greta. Intense workout, it was not, but since I'm still sore from the ill-advised 6 mile run on wednesday, it was what I needed. Plus, it's Labor Day, so you're not supposed to labor ;)
