Comments:
Progression run on the bike path at headwaters.

My first 1/3 was about 8 minute pace

the second 1/3 was around 7:17

and the last was a bit under 6 minute pace.

Overall, it was a good run. Excellent weather!
The last 1.3 was tough but good. Then, I stretched and did abs.
