Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
All alone today. Did some warm up on the kick board. then workout one, 10 min deep water jog, then workout 2, followed by 15 min of hard swim. Warmed down a little after. The swimming was difficult felt very sluggish. Rest of the workout went fine. Hip drills and hurdles after. Stretch, roll and ice followed by 271 high crunches.
