Comments:
felt pretty bad today, not so much tired/soreness as head issues. Felt pretty slow but by the time we got to cactus issues resolved a bit. Good recovery day, know it'll be better tomorrow, gonna start 2 a days again! crunches after, supermen and lunges at home.
