Mayfield Hill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up a little over two to the mayfield hill. Ran with phil and d dixon mostly. After the 6th though, I slowed a bit which I wasn't as happy with but it was a good overall workout. Then, strength day 1, abs, stretch, rolling, and an ice-bath.

Looking forward to working out at the farm on Sat and two good recovery days.
