Feeling sick and sluggish, made for a slightly uncomfortable biking session. Greg was there. Didnt go that hard, but my HR was way up... Got in the standard hip strength, stretch, roll and abs in after. Focused on visualization during hurdle walk throughs. I know that the races will be painful, but its all worth it.

Had a meeting with coach. Came to the conclusion that my injury is now more mental than physical.

Pick 8 40 with Ckells and Bobby.
