Comments:
Now that I think of it, this might be the best my leg has felt in a very very long time. Ran with Brett and Jeff all around (course, trails, and on the road). It felt like we were cruising too. My other leg felt kinda weird, but it was nothing. Good hips, abs and stretch after. We had a goals meeting, and I realized that hurt people can contribute to the team still.
