Comments:
Shitty race. Got out to a bad start because we had a crappy box. 5:17 through the mile. Picked of a few kids during the race, but just never found that extra gear. Disappointing to run that slow because the course isn't hard and I should have been top 5 in the race. Need more time to recover from races and workouts.
