Weather: 65 degrees- very humid

Comments:
Ugh Bull run was cancelled because of rain. I was still able to take all the adrenaline and rested legs and run a great workout. I ran 10 miles in all with a break up of 5 miles at regular pace(around 6:35-6:40) then I went right into a 3 mile tempo at 5:21 pace(16:03) then the last 2 Miles at around 7 minute pace easy for a cool down.

I felt very relaxed on the 3 Mile tempo. Im looking forward into getting a great week of workouts in before I run a very flat 3.0 mile course on Saturday.
