Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Getting into a nice rut of swimming on sundays. Felt strong again. Tried out coaches suggestion of underwater swimming every 6th lap. I swam about half way under water, came up for a big breath, and then swam really hard until the end. Reminded me of going over the last water barrier, and pushing it into the finish. In a race, I should have nothing left by the last water pit. The sprint into the end should be uncontrollable and on a different level of racing.

After wards had a good hip session and stretch and abs. Couldnt get ice until I got back to the dorm. Noticed that my hips felt dis aligned. Could be my back that is causing the discrepancy...
