Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 mile warmup, 2 mile race. My foot started hurting really bad at about the 1.5 mile mark so i stopped soon after. Disappointed, first race that i have failed to finish. Especially bad because i felt amazing. Oh well, need to look at the big picture and stop my left foot from being shitty all the time.
