finally.
held boston qualifying pace (3:10:59) through 21/22 with relative ease. then stomach decided to mutiny. little motherfucker. puked @ 23.5 and 26 and walked a lot in between.
gu's every 45 min, water or powerade every two miles and a damn banana around halfway, given to me by andrew from rei.
can't be too disappointed. onward ho!
