two mile warm up with 100m pickups/recovery for last 800m.

*had to duck into a quick-e-mart halfway through my last repeat to avoid crapping myself. i only have so many pairs of running shorts you know. considering my fitness level, the hills on manchaca and lamar, and the temp today, three miles at 5:55 were probably too much to ask anyway.
