Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Joe out to the mile mark on MLK and back. I was feeling really sore during the day, especially in my back. Wasnt a problem when I started running though. Heat packed before (with everyone else on the team). Jessica also gave me a different heel pad, and it didnt cause any problems. Run was a little bit faster, but it felt fine. Hip exercises when I got back. Also added in some back stuff to see if that makes me feel better. I need to focus on stretching my back more too. Hurdle walkthroughs and stretch, roll, ice. Then abs with Grese. Kinda got out late...
Overall, upping the milage isnt that much of a problem. I can handle this.
