air travel sucks. on the bright side, we're here!!
grabbed our rental car and headed for salumi. got the last sandwich in the place and reveled in the porky glory of this cathedral of meats. explored pike place market, drove around a lot and got lost a lot, and caught the 9pm ferry to port angeles. this ferry ride at sunset was the puget sounds perfect hello to us. a good day one.
