Comments:
Warmed up to the meadow and then jogged around a bit until Elaine got there to show us the course. Coach wanted me to do miles 1,3, and 5 at 5:55 to 6:05. Recovery mileage is probably conservative because I jogged around while the other guys were doing numbers 2 and 4.
Was feeling pretty good the whole time, stayed with Alex the whole time on my second one and was with him for the first 800 of the third one before I took off. I wasn't really tired at all after the last one, which was good. I figured that since I was only doing 3 I had no reason not to push it.
Cooled down with Ethan, Little Joe, and Steve, last bit was 2 barefoot laps on Van Horn with Ethan.
