5 * 1 mi repeats w/jog recovery, toward the back on all the intervals, legs did not feel fresh and the cold didn't help, need to work on not leaning back and my downhill running, form was not what it should have been, decent workout still, team didn't stick together as much as yesterday, splits: 5:31, 5:23, 5:26, 5:26, 5:23, striders
