Good Run

Comments:
I had a real good run up fairhill, west park, parkland, to shaker and then back. I felt good. Then, I did 5 striders, strecthed, and swam. I need to do abs and hips later on.

I didn't mean to go too quick for an easy run but it felt just the same as 7:15-30 if not better. I think I'll talk to Coach about it.
