Comments:
5 x 1 mile in the meadow. Our group's paces were 5:10 - 5:20. I hit 5:20-21 for all of them, but was not where I should have been on some of 3, but mainly 4 and 5. I had the wrong mindset for the workout. So, moving on from the workout I know what I should have done so I will do it next time.

then we did 3 x longer striders. I cooled-down 2 total in between barefoot running and the normal cool-down. We warmed-up around two.

Then, lifting, abs, stretching, hips, rolling.
