Another good workout today
1200m warm up
2xMile with 3 minutes rest- 5:07, 5:04
2x800 with 2 minutes rest- 2:22, 2:18
4x400 with 1 minute rest- 74,72,72,70
1200m cool down
Not alot of rest today so I thought it was a very good workout. It was all done on the course with hills, dips, and such making the workout harder.
