Comments:
Stuffy in the cardio room again. Felt good on the bike actually. In the training room afterward I could feel the popping over the hip and the hip bone sticking out... Hurdles went well. It was really rainy so we kinda stuck around veale for a while. Stretch, roll, ice abs with a bunch of people.
