Comments:
Warm down to under the bridge, ran a few strides, and started my run. Original plan was to run 10X1 min on 1 min off then finish with a few 150s on the track. Got through the first 6 then it started to rain and thunder so I dipped back to Curley and ran the last ~1.5 fairly hard....still got soaked.
