Comments:
Quite an enjoyable easy run with Chris Kelly, Robert, Tim, Bobby, Phil, David Dixon and Corey. It included:

some competitive fitness exercises on the fitness circuit in southington park

an attempt to push a fake football line..we couldn't do it.

being ask for some ciggs.

anyway, we went around 8.5 i think. good run. i did some laps on van horn and then 5 striders when we got back.

then, stretching, rolling, abs, hips, and swimming.
