9 X 15 set of inclined bench sit ups, 5 X 15 leg extenders - on first and second pin setting, 5 X 15 hamstring machine first and second pin. All leg lifts, 2 X 15 torso lifts, 5 X 15 lat pull downs 45 and 65#.
