Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good fartlek at the reservation this morning. We went about 40 minutes of fartlek-type run and then 25 minutes of warm-up and cool-down. Nice morning, nice run.
Then, after getting back from a recruiting trip with C. Kells and Coach...and watching my brother run, at 5, I did abs and hips.
