Comments:
Felt good. Ate well yesterday and just somehow anticipated a good strong run. Plowed up the hills and coasted down. Had to pause briefly to let a skunk get out of my way. Took a Gel at 40-45. 20oz water. Just shy of 30 miles on the week.
