Mile Repeats in Meadow

Comments:
After a dismal workout of these repeats last week for myself, I didn't want that to happen again. I was real happy with my workout today, I felt good.

My times were, 5:14, 5:12, 5:12, 5:15, 5:06

It was a good workout. I'm looking forward to Cooper's Lake. 2 mile-warm-up..around 3 cool-down (1 barefoot). Then, 2 sets of the lifting, stretching, abs, rolling, and an ice bath!
