WE had a tri meet with QO and landon. We ran a workout though. 3min hard 1min easy 2min hard 1min easy 1min hard 1min easy. I felt really good. last 800m we were allowed to go Fast!. i got lost 5times so next time i am gonna go on a course walk! Total time was 18:02. not bad for 6min easy running. 17:35 3miile so 27 last 200m!!. So it was good for working on speed.'
All in Flats! .Next is Oatlands Invite Saturday!! goal is top 5!!
