Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First run "back". Got to work an hour early so I did just a 5 loop. Felt DRUNK the first few miles, just because the legs/lungs felt weird to be running at SEA LEVEL (with normal partial pressures of o2).

The great thing about the bike trip is my legs and back feel a TON better than before I left -- hope this lasts...but that my legs wake up over the next few days.
