1.25 Mile warm up
4x805m with 2 1/2 minutes rest- 2:35, 2:31, 2:30, 2:31
800m jog to the 600m hill (little longer then 600m)
4x600 up hill with 600m jog back down hill for recovery- 1:55, 1:55, 1:55, 1:54.
1.75 mile cool down
Good workout- Didnt feel that great on the 800's but thats because they are longer then a regular 800. I felt awesome on the hilly 600's. Really strong and powerfull.
