Comments:
running 5 times this week, so I had to fit in a bit of a run today. Night runs are very pleasant. I was looking forward to this all day. Fun to trust my body to not trip on the roots on NP. Just left the dorm and went to coventry and back. Wore my Brooks just to switch it up. Thought it would be fun. Good stretch and roll and rope after. No ice. Did an 8 min wall hang, which felt good too.
