Comments:
Had some soreness in both knees upon waking up, but not the IT band pain of last year. Tried to keep a steady pace throughout without pushing too hard--legs were pretty weak after 17 yesterday. This run should actually count for last week. Will aim for 4 more runs this week with a stepback 12 on the weekend.
