Comments:
7.5 Miles with miles 3.75-5.75 in 10:17 and then back on regular pace for the last 1.75 miles. Probably a bit more then 7.5. I was expecting a recovery day today and then my coach hit me with a workout. Thats two hard days in a row! I know im in shape because I wouldnt be able to do somthing like that last year. Anyway, for the fast 2 Mile part I was cruising comfortably at 5:05 pace. I hit a rock or walnut or somthing and I just about fell. That stupied mess up took me out of my rythm so I lost some time but still came home strong with a 5:12.
