sunrise run. holy cow do i suck in the mornings. are you supposed to eat before you go? i had a banana, but i'm pretty sure i was done my run before the banana power kicked in! but, i'd better get used to these morning runs if i'm going to keep running! or else i'll have to run at lunch and shower at work. such a pain...
