Wet Tuesday Workout

Weather: Cloudy and cool with some light mist

Comments:
Veale to MLK
Resting HR: 52. Getting back to a regular sleep schedule and HR. Congestion mostly gone.
With David Carter, Dixon, Link, Grogan, Kleinbaum, Aaron, Austin, and Wyatt or Mitchell (can't remember). Not looking forward to this workout. Drills.

MLK
3 * 2 mi w/1 min rest, with the top group, felt good through the first two intervals, then had to go poop, ran the first mile of the last one with Flick and Dong, turned around at the mile and headed back to complete the 2 miles instead of going out, lost some time and focus since I was now alone, splits: 10:53, 11:02, 11:14, glad that Barnes was coaching us in the rain.

MLK, Wade Oval, East, Ford, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
With Flick and Dong, a bit quicker than I expected.

Veale Track
6 * 200m striders w/an extra two laps to make an even 1600, with Dong, felt smooth and quick on the indoor track, stretch, 36 Eagle, 10 min ice bath.
