Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got my orthotics this morning. Was told I have no butt or hamstrings and that I need to work on them. Getting new exercises from Jess.
My right achilles was still really sore, so I figured I'd warm up to MLK and see if there was any way I could do the workout. There wasn't, and I couldn't even run all the way back to Veale.
Jumped on the bike in the cardio room and did 11 minutes hard with 1 minute rest x3. Pushed really hard on the last one and I feel I still got a pretty decent workout, although I'd have much rather been running it.
