Weather: Humid pretty windy

No practice today. So ran a little loop around my house, just let my legs do whatever haha, nice recovery I guess. Afterwards stretched and did strides. Could barely get out of bed this morning I was so sore. Still pretty sore right now, hopefully be ready for saturday. Also of note, about 2 miles in, my hamstring tendon started hurting again...great. Gonna take an ice bath lataaa.
