Weather: windy and cool

felt like i was pushin hard on the last 2, the firt 2/3 felt kinda easy like i was just tryin to remember how to hit the pace. 300's werent as fast as i'd like but they were ok, 56/57 secs. 800's as follows: 2:38, 2:32, 2:28, 2:24, 2:23. tried to go 2:20 on last 8 but at least i was able to improve by a second. 300's as follows: 57, 56, 56, 57, 57. i didn't think i was going to be able to do the 5th set but i was able to concentrate and push it out and get it done right.
