3k, 3k, 3k, 1k in 10:27, 10:25, 10:09, 3:16. felt great today. everything felt easy. relaxed the first one, the second was the toughest terrain of the 3, and let loose the last thousand of the last one on the downhill from the 2k marker. best A1 workout for me ever, by far. managed to set a new A1 3k record too... for however long it lasts.
