Comments:
we were suppose to do 6x1000 today. i only did 4 just to be safe. my knee was hurting. we went downhill then uphill. 3:11, 3:21, 3:03, 3:30
the 3:30 was the one where my knee hurt a lot. so i just stopped after that just to be safe. did a cooldown and it felt better after that. i might need new shoes. it has been over 400miles by now. but still a good solid workout. 4x1000.
