Really pumped like all day before the race, especially when we got there. Anyways, got out kinda well, 5:40 at 1 mile. Made an attempt at passing greenhill back in the trail part but he sped up, didnt go after him. The hills really got me in the second loop by the road, slowed down alot. When we got by the hill leading up to the finish I started to run a little faster but the quads were hurtin, went all out once we got to the cone thingy. Only 2 seconds behind Frank. Damn. Get em next time...anyways kinda pleased with my time. First time Ive gone sub 19 since Loch Haven. Plan to run 18:40's against CHC next week.
