Out to the 1.5 mile mark and back. It has been a while since I have gone out this far on mlk. Honestly, I didnt feel that great today. My right leg was really tight in general. There wasnt really any pain in the hip or in the knee, but I could feel tension in between. Still kept my head and tried to stay up straight and use the hammies. 4 striders when I got back. Hadnt done those in a while...

Some hip exercises and back and new stuff, but the training room was closed when I got back so I did what I could. Talked to Grogan about running through the pain, and with Bobby about hip stuff. I think that this isnt going to get worse, so I sould be able to push through the discomfort. Abs and a nice stretch, and then an ice bath which felt really good.

Another piece of equipment that could be helpful is compression short. I will look into them.
